How long does delivery take?

After order confirmation, you should receive your order within 2-8 business days due to time taken to print and frame your portrait and then delivery. Please note turnaround times may increase in periods of high demand.

Do you accept returns or refunds?

We provide no-reason cancellation and refund within 2 hours after placing the order. For locked orders, because our portraits are personalised products, we do not offer refunds or returns unless there are any damages or printing issues.
